Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched once daily Monday - Friday, once payment has been received. Orders received after this time will be sent the following business day.
Your tracking number will be sent directly from us so please search your inbox/spam folder for tracking information.
Standard delivery is contactless unless specified. If you would like a signature delivery service, please add a note to your order on the "Cart" page.
Please note, if the courier cannot obtain a signature, they cannot leave the item. Failure to obtain a signature may cause a delay in delivery.
Bulky Items
Please note the shipping cost for larger/bulkier items may vary from the initial shipping charge depending on the delivery area/city.
Freight cost will be confirmed after the order is placed.
Damaged and Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are at the discretion of Prints by Kelly.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
